Fantastic family holiday in the middle of the mountains! We were warmly welcomed by our host Elisabeth and were able to check in flexibly after a short consultation. The Cosy Alpin Apartment offers enough space for the 3 of us and is simply super nice and cosy - the direct view of the mountains rounds it off perfectly. The outdoor area (fireplace, conservatory, dog area) is also designed with great attention to detail and invites you to spend cosy hours under the enchanting starry sky. We were given great tips for excursions in the area and Elisabeth was always available to help. Thank you for your hospitality - it was an all-round successful holiday. We spent 8 wonderful days in the chalet over Christmas, a wonderful Christmas atmosphere awaited us with Christmas decorations inside and outside the chalet. We utilised everything to 100%. The luxurious design and functional furnishings of the chalet are very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. We also enjoyed the Christmas snow and excursions in the surrounding area. Our stay was simply fantastic! We felt at home from the very first minute. The location is picturesque - surrounded by breathtaking mountains and a wonderful tranquillity that immediately makes you forget the stress of everyday life. The chalet itself is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and incredibly cosy. We were particularly impressed by the spacious living area with large windows offering a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The kitchen was perfectly equipped (oil, spices) You have your own fireplace with a completely fenced garden (fence also for small dogs). There is also a super cute pavilion in the garden which heats up perfectly in the sun. The absolute highlight, however, was the hot tub. Relaxing in the warm water after a long day in the countryside and enjoying the view was priceless. The chalet is the epitome of relaxation and luxury in nature. We will definitely be back!

Elisabeth's chalet is furnished with great attention to detail. You are provided with everything you need for your stay (towels, bathrobes, blankets, pillows, spices and much more). In addition to many small gifts, the cupboards are full of books and booklets on what to do in the area. The two gardens are at your free disposal and you feel at home. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and were able to enjoy the tranquillity of nature without exception. The whirlpool and the crystal mat really let you relax and switch off. Our stay at Elisabeth's chalet was simply fantastic! Our time there exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings are of high quality and lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a real treat after our hikes - and the view was simply marvellous!!! Although we made less use of the two neighbouring wellness gardens due to the weather and our tiredness after the hikes, it was obvious that everything has been lovingly prepared for our personal well-being there too. Elisabeth lives right next door and was always available to answer questions. She also drops by spontaneously from time to time, which led to a very pleasant exchange. We are already looking forward to our next visit 🙂 The road up to the chalet takes a little getting used to, but after a few trips you can master it without any problems.

The holiday flat really is a little dream. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it 100%ig. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll find it here. It's also in a great location for numerous excursions. The flat is super clean, equipped with everything you need and you also have a wonderful view from the balcony. If you have the chance to spend a holiday here, you should take it. Or work, because the WLAN is so good that it is suitable for working from home.

Elisabeth's holiday flat is cosy, well thought out down to the last detail and harmoniously furnished. The flat is spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony is very nice and you can have breakfast in the sun. The shower is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired. The car can be parked directly at the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the seating area is traditionally and modernly decorated. The only thing missing is a wardrobe, so the storage space is somewhat limited with regard to the existing chest of drawers and the small shelf. If you want, you can cook with fresh herbs from the small herb garden and use the terrace of the studio as well as the dog meadow. All in all, a beautiful flat in a rural and secluded setting and therefore ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

The view from the terrace of the mountains and the eternally green slopes behind us - a dream. There is even a small garden where you can relax on a specially built wooden lounger and plan your next excursion. Gmünd, the Malta Valley and Lake Millstatt are not far from this idyllic mountain setting. The area is beautiful, diverse and full of experiences. Elisabeth is a great hostess and the flat is lovingly designed and furnished with many small and beautiful details.

Our stay with Elisabeth was very nice. Nothing is missing in the flat - we especially enjoyed breakfast on the sunny balcony in the morning. The flat is a very good size for two people (with dog). Plessnitz is a good place to start excursions as it is very central in Carinthia. We particularly liked the valley near Mallnitz and the Nockberge mountains.

Charmingly furnished holiday flat in beautiful, quiet surroundings in the middle of nature. Super location for excursions to all Carinthian lakes (within 1 hour) and to the mountains. Attention; the holiday flat is not in the same house as the other AirBnB of the landlady and therefore the terrace is not directly accessible, which makes eating there a bit awkward; we were not aware of this although it was actually in the advertisement ???? Great stay high in the mountains with wonderful views of the sun terrace where we had breakfast in the sun every morning. Very nicely furnished cottage, very well maintained and with a lovely sofa bed where we slept wonderfully!!! Lovely garden, cosy conservatory to sit in the evening and a dog pond for our four legged friend. Everything top tip was in order, we wanted for nothing! Beware, the stay is quite a harder walk up, especially in the dark or rain. We enjoyed our stay in Elizabeth's cosy flat. The bed was super comfortable and the couch was fine too (or so I was told). I loved the shower! The kitchen has all the basic things you need to cook. It was all clean and pretty much new. In the morning you have a beautiful view of the mountains across the valley and lots of sunshine if you're lucky. We didn't try out the sun terrace though. The road to the house is quite uphill so you may want 4×4's or chains in winter. Elizabeth was friendly and approachable and arrival, stay and departure were super smooth.
