BAREFOOT TRAINING! THAT'S WHY!
In my training sessions you preferably train barefoot. "Wearing shoes" changes your running and walking technique and therefore your body, to adapt to the footwear. This leads to weaker feet, increased pressure on the joints, unnatural weight distribution and a lack of depth perception. Even minimal incorrect loading and pressure points caused by shoes can have negative effects on the rest of the body - from the Achilles tendon and knee joint to the spine.
Barefoot training mobilised the feet from the toes to the heel and thus promotes Natural body awareness. The Body awareness is improving. It strengthens the feet and improves muscle tone so that the arch of the foot can lift. The numerous muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of the feet are used and properly utilised. Also Calf muscles & core (core muscles) are trained. One Improved sensory perception, coordination, stability & balance leads to healthier joints & clear lower risk of injury.
